Exchange of good practices involving ECOC cities and universities
The University of Pannonia has been awarded a grant in frames of the ’capacity building of cultural and public cultural institutions’ project of the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture programme.
Under the grant, experts from the University of Pannonia will visit universities in former ECoC cities to study their experiences and best practices in implementing the ECoC programme, in order to contribute more effectively to the implementation of the ECoC programme, whether in the field of research, community engagement or education and awareness-raising, in preparation for the programme year and beyond.
Through the implementation of the supported activities, the University of Pannonia contributes to the cultivation and expansion of cultural diversity and the development of social and civic relations and communities in Veszprém and the Bakony and Lake Balaton regions.
