Volunteer for credit!

Volunteering for Veszprém in the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture programme is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

From now on, you can also receive 3 credits (ECTs) at the University of Pannonia for volunteering! Volunteering is a good programme in itself: students can take part in various cultural events of the European Capital of Culture programme, for example, they can get involved in the backstage of concerts, help the artists to work smoothly, gain practical experience in communicating with visiting guests, learn about different elements of community building and sustainable and visitor-friendly events. It has been an exemplary experience that foreign students studying at the University of Pannonia are also keen to join volunteer projects related to Veszprém, as it helps them to get to know the city better and feel more at home when they can contribute to the local community.
