Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EK (hereinafter: GDPR), the University of Pannonia informs you as a participant of the Pannon Community Hub programme (hereinafter: data subject) about the processing of your data as follows.

registration/registration for an event in order to comply with the number of participants, registration for the newsletter, sending information material

• Participent’s name
• Participent’s e-mail
• Participant's occupational status (student, pupil, worker, retired, other inactive status (Maternity leave, etc.)

Personal data will not be transferred.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place during the processing.
Information about your rights in relation to data processing
Right of access to personal data: you may request to be informed whether the Controller is processing your personal data; if it is, you may request a copy of the personal data processed.
Right to correction: you may request the Data Controller that your inaccurate personal data be corrected without undue delay and you may request that your incomplete personal data to be completed.
Right to restriction of processing: you may request that the Data Controller stores only part of your personal data/personal data and does not perform any other processing operation (e.g. use, disclosure, transmission) on them. You may request restriction of processing for the following reasons:
- You contest the accuracy of the personal data,
- the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of the data,
- the Controller no longer needs the personal data but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim,
- You have objected to the data processing, in which case the restriction applies for the period until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller prevail over your legitimate grounds.
The right to object
You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. In such a case, the Controller may no longer process the personal data, unless the Controller itself demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The right to legal redress
You may report the processing of your personal data to the Data Protection Officer of the Data Controller at the contact details provided above. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa street 9-11., postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., e-mail address: [email protected]) as supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR; and you may also take legal action if you consider that your rights under the GDPR have been violated as a result of the improper processing of your personal data.
Fulfilling the requests of the person concerned
Your request for the exercise of your right will be granted free of charge, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive nature, and for additional copies of your personal data processed, for which the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. Your request to exercise your rights, if you have submitted your request electronically, will be carried out electronically, unless you request otherwise.
